MMW - Pajarete Cask

Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2020 MMW is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a Pot still in 2020. The rum has matured in an Parajete cask and is bottled at 59,5% abv. in January 2024. MMW or Monymusk Wedderburn is characterized as a medium heavy pot still distillate starting out with 290-300 esters. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives have been used. S.B.S Jamaica 2020 MMW is limited to 158 bottles only.

S.B.S Spring Release 2024

The first batch of our annual S.B.S release 2024 contains gems from Jamaica, Guyana, Panama, Dominican Republic and for the first time Antigua. Since our bottlings are getting more and more popular we decided to add bottlings which will only be available in specific countries. Otherwise the S.B.S range stays the same – pure single cask rum without additives or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: An inviting bouquet reveals tropical overripe fruits, red berries, and a subtle touch of wood.
Palate: Experience a palate of spiciness and estery character, culminating in a long and sweet finish that lingers on the
senses.
