Bourbon & Oloroso Cask

Single Barrel Selection Australia 2017 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a Pot still in 2017. The rum has matured in ex-Bourbon & Oloroso casks and is bottled at 54% abv. in January 2024. Australia is a relative newcomer to the rum scene in the eyes of the connoisseurs. Previously most people would think of Bundaberg or Bundy among the native Australian, however even the natives would recommend coke in plenty to make it drinkable. The rum is non-chill filtered. S.B.S Australia 2015 is limited to 189 bottles only.

S.B.S Spring Release 2024

The first batch of our annual S.B.S release 2024 contains gems from Jamaica, Guyana, Panama, Dominican Republic and for the first time Antigua. Since our bottlings are getting more and more popular we decided to add bottlings which will only be available in specific countries. Otherwise the S.B.S range stays the same – pure single cask rum without additives or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Citrus and fruity aromas intertwine with subtle hints of figs and caramel.
Palate: Discover the essence of dry fruits and fig, accompanied by a tannic caramel finish that adds depth to the palate.
