Enjoy them neat, on the rocks or to
elevate your cocktails. This bottling contains a wonderful white rum distilled in traditional column stills making great Daiquiris.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Acetone, hints of white pepper and dried flowers. Lots of citrus peel with heavy notes of grapefruit.

Palate: Again citrus forward – lots of lemon peel. Marzipan and somewhat floral with hints of lavender. Oily and smooth mouthfeel with long dry finish.
