Bourbon Cask

Single Barrel Selection Jamaica / St. Lucia 2015 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in both Pot still and Column in 2015. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon cask and is bottled at 55% abv. in August 2024. This is a pure pot still Jamaica rum with the WPL mark blended together with a pot and column blend from St. Lucia. This rum is sure to excite all the rum geeks. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives have been used. S.B.S Jamaica/St. Lucia 2015 is limited to 241 bottles only.

S.B.S FALL RELEASE 2024

The second batch of our annual S.B.S release 2024 contains gems from Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua, Panama and a blend of Jamaica and St. Lucia. Since our bottlings are getting more and more popular we decided to add bottlings which will only be available in specific countries. Otherwise the S.B.S range stays the same – pure single cask rum without additives or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Soft hints of vanilla and cinnamon intertwine with the fragrance of ripe tropical fruits.
Palate: Dry and tannic, with a delightful complexity of dried fruits and red berries, concluding with a long, aromatic finish.
