S.B.S Belize 2011
Single Barrel Selection Belize 2011 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a Column still in 2011. The rum has matured in ex-Bourbon & Cognac casks and is bottled at 52% abv. in August 2024. From Travellers distillery in Belize comes this 13 year old beauty, 12 years in the tropics followed by a further 1 year in a cognac barrel in Denmark. The rum is non-chill filtered. S.B.S Belize 2011 is limited to 499 bottles only.

The second batch of our annual S.B.S release 2024 contains gems from Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua, Panama and a blend of Jamaica and St. Lucia. Since our bottlings are getting more and more popular we decided to add bottlings which will only be available in specific countries. Otherwise the S.B.S range stays the same – pure single cask rum without additives or chill-filtration.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: A luxurious mix of coconut, creamy vanilla, and hints of aromatic tobacco, intertwined with the richness of caramelized brown sugar and oak.
Palate: Velvety layers of vanilla and caramel, accented by the warmth of chocolate and the boldness of coffee and spices.
