Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2015 is a Jamaican rum based on molasses which was distilled in a pot still in 2015. The marque of this rum is EMB with an ester lever of 240-250 gr/hL AA that is originally produced as a blending rum. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon cask, and was bottled at cask strength at 65,7% abv., with an outcome of 213 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Note: A mix of sweet and spicy aromas reminding of butterscotch, apple pie and christmas spices such as cloves and cinnamon.
Palate: Full bodied rum with sweet notes of caramel sundae and biscuits and a relatively short finish.
